I broke my back and pelvis in some riding accidents that led me to live with persistent back pain, leg pain and headaches for over 15 years.
I am a Physical Therapist and Equestrian.
I stopped riding. I went through injections. Rehab. Failed exercise programs. All while being a Physical Therapist.
When I finally returned to riding, I promised myself I’d never jump again. I jumped the first day back!
As I was returning to riding, I realized that traditional rehab and fitness weren’t enough for riders. So I created a system - Swish Fitness for Equestrians. And I developed The Ride Strong Core Method to improve my back pain, rebuild my strength, stability, and confidence in the saddle.
Build rider specific core strength so you stay centred, secure, and steady every time you ride.
Build a strong core strength foundation in your back and pelvis so your can leg stay steady, consistent and effective.
Create true core stability so you can sit deep with strength while still staying supple.
Develop dynamic strength so you stay centered and move with your horse over every jump.
Support your spine, pelvis and hips with specific, focused strength training that reduces strain.
Improve resilience and recovery from better musculoskeletal structure so your body bounces back with confidence.
Learn the difference between the Inner Unit Core and the Outer Unit Core and why that is important to horse riders.
Learn how to properly isolate the inner unit core without compensating.
8 Instructional Videos 5-10 min long each teaching how to do rider specific core exercises.
There are multiple progressions provided for each core exercise and you can progress at your own pace.

Develop a warm up that will prevent injuries, help you get supple and start activating the muscles you need to ride. This will help you work in unison with your horse as soon as you get on.

Learn simple movements/exercises to activate your core before you get on your horse. Then, once you're on your horse, I'll show you how to integrate those exercises in the saddle too.

This Guide will help you progress the exercises in a sustainable and actionable way. You will learn how and when to increase the number of reps and sets of each exercise - and when to progress to the next level to challenge yourself!
If you don’t feel stronger, more stable, or more aware in your riding after doing the exercises consistently for 30 days, email us and get your $27 back. No questions asked.
